Peel and cut plantain in big cubes, add it to the pot of beans on fire and stir together. Allow for 5 minute. Add the pepper and mix together cover until cooked and thick..

Add in the clean ogu leave stir together cover to simmer for 3 minute..

Dish out and serve hot.
