Soak soya granules in milk for 1/2hr.

Heat a pan, add oil & chopped onion,salt saute till lightly brown.

Add garlic and cook for a min, add ginger,then add all masala powders and 2tbsp water.

Stir well and cook for 2mins. Add peas and 1/4 cup water & mix well. Cover & cook till peas are nearely done. Add soaked soya granules along with the milk & cook till almost dry.

Add coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well.

Switch off the flame.

Serve hot with rotis, naans, parathas.
