  3. Prepare of yoghurt.

  4. You need of Salt.

  8. Prepare of green onion finely chopped.

  9. You need of coriander leaves finely chopped.

  10. Prepare of black pepper powder.

  11. You need of Oil for cooking.

  1. First take quinoa and wash it properly. Now take a grinder add washed quinoa and grind it well by using some water..

  2. Now add sooji,curd and salt. Mix well. Batter is ready..

  3. Now take all veggies for toppings. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well..

  4. Now take a pan, pour 2tsp filmon it well spread it all over. Pour 1 tbsp batter on it and spread it well.put some veggies mix on it. Cook from other side..

Batter sticking to the pan - Let the poured batter cook on one side.

Add enough oil or ghee on the sides of the uttapam for easy flipping.

Once the top seems dry enough then flip the uttapam just like a pancake.

Carefully pickup the uttapam, going in from the sides and reaching the middle with a thin silicone spatula and flip it over.
