Easiest Way to Diet at dinner Bathuye ka saalan Delicious, fresh and tasty.
Bathuye ka saalan. This is my third recipe, pyaz ka salan. Similar Recipes, Hyderabadi Tomato Ka Salan Mirchi Ka Salan Hyderabadi Dal. This is made with small baby onion, it gives nice flavour and taste to the whole salan.
But somehow i almost forgot about it.
But couple of days back one of my viewer asked me to share the recipe.
Luckily i had all the ingredients mainly green chillies on hand so i tried the curry the next day itself.
You can have Bathuye ka saalan using 17 ingredients and 12 steps. Here is how you achieve that.
Ingredients of Bathuye ka saalan

It’s 2 cup of washed & clean bahuwa leaves.

It’s 1/2 cup of green methi leaves.

Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.

You need 2 tbsp of malai.

It’s 1 tbsp of ginger.

You need 1 tbsp of garlic.

You need 1 of onion chopped.

It’s 2 of chopped green chilli.

Prepare 2 of chopped tomato.

Prepare 1 tsp of cumin seeds.

You need 1 tbsp of coriander powder.

Prepare 2 tbsp of mustard oil.

You need to taste of Salt.

You need 1 tsp of dry mango powder.

Prepare 1 tsp of desi ghee.

You need 2 tsp of fried onion.

You need 1 tsp of garam masala.
In pot,add water,saarso saag,spanish,bathua saag,fresh fenugreek seeds,garlic cloves,green chili (chopped) and salt,mix well and bring it to boil.
After cooking, blend the whole mixture with hand blender, add maize flour,stir well and cook until saag thickens,set aside.
Hyderabadi Mirchi ka Salan- Stuffed jalapeno's in a tangy coconut,cashew and sesame sauce Mirchi Ka Salan is a very popular Hyderabadi dish.
This spicy tangy chili gravy is usually served with Biryani along with some raita and salad.
Bathuye ka saalan instructions

Boile the leafy veggies with 1/2 cup of milk..

Make a fine paste form boiled veggies,keep it a side..

Heat a pan,add 2 tbsp oil,let it hot..

Add cumin seeds, crackle it add crushed garlic & ginger,saute it,add onion fry it till golden..

Add green chilli,add all spices,sprinkle little water fry it 1 minute,.

Add tomatoes cook it 2 minute..

Now add griended green veggies.stir it 1 minute..

Now add salt,mix it add 1 glass of water,let it boil 5 miniute..

Add mango powder mix it.add salt.add garam masala.add malai & mix it very well..

Remove it from the flame..

Tempered it with desi ghee,onion..

Now serve it.It can be taken any time of food..It is a healthy dish..
Serve hot with Rotis and Raita of your choice.
