In source pan add water and Sossi mince,bring to boil..

Simmer for 5 minutes then drain excess water.

Add oil in a pan and fry the drained Sossi until golden brown..

Fry onions and tomatoes….At this stage you can add spices of your choice…

Finally add the fried Sossi enough water and simmer for 15 minutes under low heat.serve hot.
