Put to boil for 1 hour 45 minutes until soft..

Then mash the greengrams using a wooden stick.

In a clean sufuria cut in the onions. Fry until golden brown.

Add tomatoes and stir. Pound the tomatoes with a with a wooden stick. Then add salt to taste..

Mix and add in the royco powder, tomato paste and some water to create little stew..
