Dissolve the flour in curd and add water too and mix the sauted onion and mustard seeds in the batter.

Make a homogeneous mixture of thin consistency as in dosa.

Drizzle the griddle with oil.

Spread a ladleful of batter and move the laddle in concentric circles.
