  9. Prepare 2 tsp of Coriander leaves finely chopped.

  10. It’s To taste of Salt.

  11. Prepare of Green Moong.

  12. It’s 1 cup of whole green moong (Boiled).

  13. You need of Tadka.

  14. Prepare 2 of tomatoes (puree).

  15. Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.

  16. You need 1 of green chilli finely chopped.

  17. You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.

  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.

  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

  20. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.

  21. It’s to taste of Salt.

  22. It’s 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

  23. It’s 3-4 tsp of ghee /oil.

  24. Prepare 2 tsp of Green coriander leaves.

Once the pressure releases, open the pressure cooker, stir in the chopped coriander leaves and transfer the Green Moong Dal Biryani to a serving bowl and serve hot.

  1. Whisk the curd, add all the ingredients in it. Mix well. Transfer it into serving bowls garnish with coriander leaves, red chilli powder and cumin powder. Serve it cool..

  2. Heat ghee in a pan,add cumin seeds in it, when it splutter add green chilli, ginger, garlic.Soute it for minute on medium flame..

  3. Add tomato puree and all dry masala,mix it well. Cook till tadka released ghee..

  4. Now add boiled dal in it mix well.Add water to maintain consistancy. Simmer it for 2 -3minutes on medium flame. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice and green coriander leaves..
