Boil 3 cups water in a pan. Once the water is boiled add 1/2 tsp salt and soya chunks to it. Turn off the flame and cover the pan with lid for 20 mins..

Strain the water from soya chunks, then squeeze the excess water from chunks and keep aside..

Blend onion, tomato and green chilli to make paste..

Heat oil in pan. Add coriander powder and cumin powder, saute it on low flame for 30 sec..

Now add onion-tomato paste & red chilli powder and roast it on medium flame till oil leaves the pan. Stir ocassionally..

Add peas & cover pan with lid and let it cook on low flame for 3-4 mins..

Now whisk curd with spoon and add it to the masala. Keep the flame low and stir continuously until boil comes..

Now add salt and again cover with lid on low flame for 3-4 mins. Meanwhile, blend the soya chunks into coarse paste..

Now add the soya paste to the pan and mix well with masala. Cover with lid and let it cook on low flame for 3-4 mins..

Now add fresh coriander and magic maggi masala and roast the mixture on high flame for a min. Garnish with some more coriander and serve..
