Muthiya Curry step by step

Grind onion and tomatoes to from paste.

Ginger, garlic,and green chilli to crush them.

Heat oil in a pan add bay leaves,dried red chilli, muster seeds, and cumin seeds..

Seeds crackle add onion paste and saute for 1- minutes..

Add ginger, garlic, chilli paste,saute till raw smell of onion and garlic is no more..

Add tomato puree and saute till tomatoes get cooked..

Add beaten curd,mix well and cook for 1- minutes,add dry masala and salt,saute tillmasala leaves oil..

Last add Muthia and water,mix and let it come to boil on high flame..

Comes to boil, reduce the flame and simmer for 5-7 minutes..

Serve hot with roti or paratha or rice..
