Prepare 2 cup of mango chunks.

It’s 2 of bananas.

It’s 1/2 cup of sugar.

Prepare 200 gm of tetra pack cream.

Prepare of few drops of yellow food colour.

Prepare 2 tbsp of dry milk powder.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, or if you don't want to use it, why not make an ice cream with frozen bananas?.
Just mix all the ingredients in a food processor, and you can have a creamy and rich ice cream.
And this is perfect snack for children.
It is vegan, gluten-free and does not require an ice cream maker.

Make peury of mango chunks by blending it with sugar in a blender. Take it out in a pan and cook it till it becomes a shiny paste, now strain this..

Peel of banana cut them into pieces and refrigerate it for 1hr..

In blender add mango peury, banana, milk powder, cream and colour and then blend these together..

Pour this in an air tight container and freeze it for 2hrs, after 2hrs take it out & beat it with a help of a fork..

Put a butter paper or plastic wrap over it and close the lid then put it in your deep freezer for 9hrs. When it gets done, serve it with mango chunks and waffers..
