  2. You need 4 of Bananas for the Dough (1/2 Banana for plating).

  4. It’s 1/4 Teaspoon of Cinnamon.

  5. You need 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla.

  6. You need 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Baking soda.

  7. You need Pinch of Salt.

  8. Prepare of Blueberries (to your preference).

  9. It’s 1 Teaspoon of Peanut Butter (for each pancake layer).

  10. Prepare 1 Teaspoon of Honey.

They start off with hearty rolled oats, Silk Almond Milk, banana, eggs, egg whites, baking powder, salt, and a touch of REAL maple syrup.

These are banana oatmeal pancakes with no flour, no butter, and no refined sugar, but they still taste light and sweet.

  7. Add blue berries before frying the dough with coconut oil.

  8. Add peanut butter and banana after frying and sprinkle cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey on top..

Decrease sodium even further by stretching the mix with banana, oats and walnuts.
