Paratha is everyones favourite and this recipe is perfect for Sunday's breakfast.

You can have Methi Aloo,Raita and chapati using 10 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients of Methi Aloo,Raita and chapati

  1. You need 1 kg of potato.

  2. Prepare 100 gm of kasuri methi.

  3. It’s 100 gm of sarso oil.

  4. You need of Salt as per taste.

  5. It’s 1/2 tsp of Red chilli Powder.

  6. Prepare 1 tsp of jeera.

  7. Prepare 1/2tsp of garam masala.

  8. You need 3-4 of green chillies.

  9. You need 1 pinch of hing.

  10. You need 1tsp of coriendor powder.

Everyone loves traditional Aloo paratha but a hot of methi gives it a nice twist.

Serve Aloo Methi Paratha along with Boondi Raita, Bhindi Raita or any other raita of your choice.

Take wheat flour, kasuri methi leaves, salt and mix well.

Add water slowly and knead well to a soft dough.

  1. Take a heavy bottom kadai heat the oil for 5 min…

  2. Cut the Potato in small pieces wash it with running water and dip in the water for 5 min..

  3. When heat the oil take small portion of cut potato and deep fry it.repeat the process And fry all the Potatoes..Then put jeera in oil all the spices and green chilli in it. Mix it well..

  4. At last add kasuri methi in the fry Potatoes mix it well cover the lid for 5 min off the flame..ready your Aloo methi searve hot with chapati and Raita…

Roll a ball into a thin chapati.

Cook on both sides till cooked.

A simple methi chapathi or roti recipe made with powdered kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) along with other spices mixed with regular whole wheat dough (aata).

This is not a paratha in which the dough ball is stuffed with a filling and then rolled out.

This is also not methi thepla that uses fresh methi leaves along with chana dal flour.
