Wash the kheema well and Marinate it with haldi powder chilli powder kashmiri chilli powder and adrak lasun paste and keep it for atleast one hour.

In a pan heat oil and pure ghee.Now add the whole garam masala lke cinnamon,elaichi,cloves,bay leaves and star anise..

Now add finely chopped onion And fry..Later add paste of 3 tomatoes And adrak lasun and fry it nicely till the oil leaves the side of the pan.

Now add the marinated mutton and little water and cook..Add one cup green peas M the malvani masala and corinder powder and salt.
