Ingredients of Simple Stewed Greengrams- Ndengu

You need 1 glass of green grams.

It’s 3 tbsp of oil.

It’s 1 of onion.

Prepare 3 of tomatoes.

It’s 1 tsp of royco.

You need to taste of salt.
I don't like alot of spice in my Ndengu, I'd rather have all the natural flavors and taste of the ndengus in my soup.
I got some Pre-Cooked green grams samples from Nairobean.

Simple Stewed Greengrams- Ndengu instructions

Wash and boil the green grams. Put to boil for 100 minutes. After that make sure the ndengu is soft..

Fry the onions in oil until soft. Then add tomatoes. Cook until soft. then add in salt and royco to taste..

Add in the greengrams and sitr to make sure the tomatoes reach every part of the green grams..

Boil for a further 5 minutes. Serve..
Ndengu (greengrams) curry is something that I've loved my entire life.
