  2. It’s of garlic.

Add the wheat flour and all other ingredients to the grated beetroot in a bowl (except oil and water).

Add one of two sprinkles of water and knead to smooth dough.

Place the grated beetroot in a pan along with salt to taste.

Close lid and let cook on low flame till the beetroot becomes soft.

Beetroot,potato,corn paratha step by step

  1. For stuffing in mixing bowl add crushed boiled beetroot, boiled smashed potato,crushed boiled corn, sugar,chilli,kitchen king masala,garlic paste,cumin and coriander powder, chopped coriander leaves.at last salt as per taste.stuffing is ready..

  2. For dough take wheat flower 1 tsp oil and water if salt require as per taste add.nad make soft dough of wheat flour.make small small rounds and fill the stuffing inside..

  3. Cover the small small lemon shape rounds and flattened paratha.Spread oil on pan and place paratha over it to fry.roast from the bottom and flip it later on add oil on it..

  4. Ready to eat little sweet little spicy combination of with full of vitamin B9 beetroot paratha.

Add onion, feta cheese/paneer, cumin powder, coriander and chili powder.

Cook till both sides are golden brown & well cooked.

Then cut off heat serve hot with pickle, yogurt, curd, raitha or cucumber.
