Scrape the bitter-gourds and give a slit each lengthwise.
Apply salt properly outside and inside the bitter-gourd.
Keep aside for ½ an hour.
Then rinse and remove as much water as possible.

Next take a pan add mince ginger garlic paste, tomato, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and add some water, cook well and keep aside..

Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, green chilli and stir then add onion, stir fry when it turns soft and add mince and mix fry bitter gourd mix and stir fry to cook then add coriander leaves, grind garam masala and lemon juice and keep in a low flame 5 to 10 minutes. Now its ready to serve with paratha or chapati..
