1. mix well in a bowl and and bake in the oven @ 150 for an hour and a half. this will dry out the brown sugar and keep it from getting hard when you want to use it if you are going to use it right away dont bake it. Also I use my kitchen aid coffee grinder to make it all fine and uniform. This makes putting it in a shaker easier to use..

2. remove from oven and let cool.
