In a pan heat oil add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes away..

Add all chopped vegetables and salt. Give it a quick mix. Saute for a while and add 1 cup of water. Cover it and cook completely..

Let it cool completely..

Add all dry spices powder in it and mess it properly. Add rawa in it and mix well. Knead it like a dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes..

In a bowl make lumps free slurry of corn flour. Keep aside..

In a plate take bread crumbs and spread it evenly. Keep aside..

Heat oil in a pan for frying..

Make small size balls of dough and give it any shape. Dip this tikki in corn flour slurry and coat it well with bread crumbs..

Place this tikki in heated oil and fry until golden..

Serve hot with chutney or you can make chaat also..

If making aloo tikki for fasting - Add arrowroot flour or buckwheat flour or water chestnut flour or sago flour.
Use rock salt, instead of regular salt.
