  12. It’s 2 tsp of turmeric powder.

  14. You need 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.

  15. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.

  16. It’s 1/2 tsp of sugar.

  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.

  18. It’s 1 tsp of ghee.

  19. Prepare to taste of Salt according.

  20. You need as needed of Oil (better to use mastard oil).

  4. Add little water if required. Add sugar and keep on low flame for few minutes. Switch of the flame, add garam masala..

  5. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with steam rice or pulao..
