  4. You need of maggi masala.

  5. It’s of kitchen king (optional).

  6. You need of salt.

  7. You need of kalonji.

  8. You need of rai(mustard seeds).

  9. Prepare of jeera(cumin seeds).

  10. It’s of saunf(anise).

  11. You need of sukha dhania (coriander seeds).

  12. You need of turmeric powder(haldi).

Achari Bhindi /okra is a favorite vegetable of most of us,it is a versatile vegetable which can be made in several ways.

I usually made stir fries and stuffed bhindi.

If Baking Kurkuri Bhindi - then spread the marinated bhindi in a greased tray.

Achaari kurkuri bhindi instructions

  1. Take a kadai add oil and let it get hot…

  2. Now add bhindi, haldi and salt and let bhindi get cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until it get cooked(on high flame).

  3. Now add red chilli powder, kitchen king, maggi masala, garam masala powder… and mix well.

  4. Take a diffrent pan add one spoon oil into it and let it get hot… add all the raw masala into it(kalonji, saunf, rai, jeera, dhania).

  5. Saute it for 2 minute or till golden brown.. turn of the flame and add this to bhindi,,,mix well.

  6. Bhindi is ready to serve !!.
