Heat ghee in a kadahi and put suji, Gram flour and rice flour in it and roast on low flame till golden or till it gets aromatic. Keep stirring continuously..

In a separate pan heat water and put sugar and green cardamoms in it. Heat till sugar dissolves completely. Keep it aside. Crush almonds coarsely and keep aside..
