Ingredients of Qeema Aalo matar

  1. It’s 1/2 kg of Beef Qeema (Beef Minced).

  2. You need 2 of Medium sized Onion (cut into thin slice).

  3. It’s 1 1/2 of medium sized Tomato (chopped).

  4. You need 1 tbs of Ginger garlic paste.

  5. You need 1 tsp of red chili powder.

  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Roasted cumin powder.

  7. You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.

  8. It’s 1/2 tsp of roasted coriander powder.

  9. It’s 1 tsp of salt or taste.

  10. It’s 1 cup of Potatoes.

  11. You need 1/2 cup of peas.

  12. It’s 8-10 of green chilies (I took small, it is little bit spicy: so you can adjust your chili powder and chillies according to your taste).

Recipe: In a pan add Oil, onions, ginger & garlic paste.

Cook till it changes colour & the mince water entirely drys (high flame).

Qeema Aalo matar instructions

  1. Pour oil in pot and make it hot. Add onions and fry till it turn into light brown then add Qeema, ginger garlic paste, tomato and fry..

  2. Add all spices and salt and fry for 3-4 mins on high flame..

  3. Add Potatoes, mix it up. Add water, cover with lid and leave it on medium flame till it gets tender and soft..

  4. Once oil comes up, add peas and chilies fry little bit and cover it for 10 more mins on low flame..

  5. Qeema is ready to serve. We eat qeema aloo with Chapati or daal chawal..
