Peel, Wash and chop pumpkin in small pieces. Put it in a pressure cooker with 2 tb sp water add pressure cook till three whistles. Switch off the flame Let the pressure releases automatically.

Now mash this cooked pumpkin with ladle thoroughly. Add sugar and saffron strands and cook on low flame stirring continuously till it gets thicken. Add ghee and cook on low flame till ghee separates..

Add magaj, coconut powder and chopped almonds and pistachio. Keep a few for garnishing..
