  16. You need 4 of medium potatoes, boiled and cubed.

  17. Prepare 2 of medium carrots,boiled and cubed.

  18. It’s 1/3 cup of peas,boiled.

  19. You need 1/4 cup of Sweet corn.

  20. Prepare 1/3 cup of pineapple,chopped cubes.

  21. It’s 1 tsp of black pepper.

  22. Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt(or to taste).

  23. You need 1 tsp of sugar.

  24. You need 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.

  25. Prepare 2 tbsp of milk powder.

  26. It’s of Garnish with lettuce salad and fresh parsely.

I make this quite regularly as it's easy and really refreshing.

And, ok, I'm addicted to it. ;o) If you can't get Napa cabbage, try iceberg lettuce, but don't use savoy cabbage or anything else; they're way too firm.

Chinese fried rice with Russian salad step by step

  1. Here is our ingredients;.

  2. Add minced ginger and garlic,seasoning cube, spices and soy sauce to your chicken,mix it well and set aside for 30mins..

  3. Crack your eggs in a bowl,beat it well.heat the olive oil in a pan,pour in the egg and break it into small pieces (scramble egg)then set aside.

  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the spicy chicken cubes and stir them around until they are no longer visibly pink,for about 2-3mins.then add the sliced onions….

  5. Then your vegs,grounded scotch bonnet,ginger, garlic,spices and seasoning cubes.stir everything well and then allow it to cook for 5mins and take it out….

  6. Heat oil in a pot,add your perboiled rice and stir fry for about a minute, then add in your soy sauce,seasoning cubes and mix well.add in all the ingredients vegs and scrambled eggs….

  7. Mix everything well and cover with a tight lid and leave it over very very low heat for about 2-3mins to steam.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsely and serve ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹.

  9. For the salad;in a small bowl,mix the mayonnaise,milk,sugar,salt and black pepper.whisk with a fork to combine them to a smooth consistency.then pour this liquid mixture into the bowl with all the other ingredients.stir gently to make sure everything is well coated..

Great with white rice or sticky rice (jasmine rice).
