  2. Beef mince achi tarha wach kar len.

  3. Potato k bhi chotay piece kar k namak k pani me bhigo den..

  4. Ab tomato,lehsan jou, adrak,hari mirch ko.grind kar len..

  5. Smooth sa paste bana len..

  6. Ik pateelay me oilpiyaz ko lighr brown karen.

  7. Ab grinded paste ko pateelay me dal kar bhunain. pisi lal mirch aur haldi add karden..

  8. Sabut garm masala b add karden.

  9. Phir is masalay me beef mince dal kar pakayen.

  10. Yahan tak pakayen k qeemay ka pani khusk ho jaye..

  11. Ab isme aaloo shamil kar k pakayen.

  12. Jab Aloo gal jaye to uppar se hara dhaniya kat k dal den..

  13. Mazedar qeema ready hai. dish out kar len aur nan, parathay ya rice k sath nosh farmayen..

Shimla mirch keema is ground mince with bell peppers where shimla mirch means bell peppers.
