  5. Cook patties 5 minutes per side, then place in oven to keep warm.

  6. Add butter to saute pan.

  7. Add mushrooms to saute pan and cook over medium heat until brown, about 10 minutes.

  8. Add broth, wine and flour to mushrooms and stir to incorporate, add salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.

  10. Remove patties from oven and spoon sauce on top.

  11. Serve with mashed potatoes and garden salad.
