Punjabi Masala Mathi / Whole Wheat Masala Mathri.
Mathri recipe - traditional punjabi snack made during diwali or karwa chauth. it is one of the popular tea-time snacks.
Just like any other deep fried snacks, this mathri has very good shelf life and Masala mathri- Very Crispy masala Mathri made with refined flour and Indian spices.
Punjabi Masala Mathri instructions

First coarsely ground feenal seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper and clove..

Grind together garlic cloves, kasuri methi and fresh coriander..

In a big bowl add all ingredients..Along with coarsely grounded spices and grinded garlic mixture….And mix well..

Add oil for moyan mix well and knead a stiff, tight dough using required water….Cover the dough and keep aside for 10min to set..

After that knead the dough again for a min to make it smooth…Now divide the dough into 3 -4 portions..And roll each with rolling pin…Cut with cookie cutter or in round shape..

Heat oil in a wok and fry till golden in colour on low to medium flame..
