Masala kaju mathri step by step

  1. Take a refined flour add a oil,salt, soda, 3-4 spoon.Now mix well it. Make a tight dough with help of water. Keep a side rest for 15 minutes..

  2. Now take a small ball of the dough and cut out desired shapes..

  3. Give a "kaju" like shape with help of a bottle cap. Now deep fry the shapes of dough at low flame in hot oil..

  4. For masala..

  5. Heat some oil in pan. Add chat masala, amchoor powder, black salt, pepper powder roast it well..

  6. And fried kaju/ cashew namkeen to this masala and mix well..

  7. Ready to serve masala kaju..
