  6. Flash fry 1/2 tin cannelloni beans in oil until skins burst, then add to sauce.

  7. Flash fry meat/Quorn in seperate pans then add bean mix.

  8. Blend salsa ingredients in blender, empty to bowl and stir in evoo and red wine vinegar.

  9. Serve with basmati rice or warmed tortillas and a dollop of yoghurt.
