Masala Idli step by step

Take a bowl add Rava, curd,salt,Eno & water mix well properly batter..

Take a Idli mould first Grease in oil then pour the batter..

Steam at 10 minutes..

After 10 minutes,make Idlhi cool down then give bagar.

Take fry pan add oil mustard seeds, jeera, green chillies,curry leaves, red chilli, kitchen king masala.

Add Idli mix well. Garnishing with coriander leaves..
You can serve this as lunch, snack or salad.
To make masala idli I am using the rava idli witch is quick and easy to make.
This also makes a great lunch box meal as it is very healthy and satisfying.
