It’s 500 gm of bhindi(washed and cut into small pieces).

Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

You need 1 of green chilli (chopped).

It’s 4 tbsp of oil.

You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.

You need 1 tsp of amchur powder.

It’s 2 tsp of coriander powder.

Prepare 1/2 tsb of turmeric powder.

It’s 1 tsp of salt or to taste.

It’s 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.

Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.

You need 1 tsp of lemon juice.

You need 2 tbsp of Fresh coriander.

That's my personal favorite but of course you can serve it whatever you like - paratha, rice.

Bhindi preparation—-Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add the chopped bhindi. Sauté it to in medium flame for 10 minutes..

Transfer bhindi into a bowl.Now in the same pan add 2 tbsp oil heat it. Add cumin seeds,green chilli, onions one by one. Fry it until onions turn light brown..

Then add ginger garlic paste cook it for 1 minute.Add tomatoes and salt,cook it for 1-4 minutes..

Now add all the dry masala(spices)saute it well..

Now add the fried bhindi, mix & cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Add lemon juice,coriander leavesand turn off the flame..

Masala bhindi is ready.Serve with roti/ chawal/paratha..

RAITA(method)-.

In a bowl whisk the curd.Add all the ingredients..

Mix well,garnish with coriander leaves and serve..
