Add grated panner green chilli and all ingredient mix well keep in freeze for set.

Prepare the outer dough with maida water as per needed.

Smear the edges with a drop of water. Fill it in the middle with 1 & 1/2 tsp of the prepared filling and fold to seal the momos..
