  1. It’s 6 pcs of Fish (cleaned & washed).

  2. It’s 1 of cauliflower cut into medium florets.

  3. You need 2 of potatoes cut into lengthwise.

  4. It’s 1/4 cup of green peas.

  6. It’s 2-3 of green chillies/ slitted.

  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of kalaunji/ nigella seeds.

  9. Prepare 1 of bay leaf.

  10. It’s 1 of tomato cuts into cubes.

  11. You need 1 tsp of cumin powder.

  12. Prepare 1 tsp of ginger paste.

  13. You need 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.

  14. Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder.

  15. Prepare 1/2 tsp of sugar.

  16. You need to taste of Salt.

  17. You need 4 tbsp of mustard oil.

  18. It’s 1/2 cup of flatten rice.

  19. Prepare 1/4 tsp of ghee.

  20. Prepare of Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.

Phulkopi,chidebhaja,kadaisuti diye Katla mach instructions

  1. Wash & clean the Katla fish pieces properly & then marinate them with turmeric powder & salt..

  2. Heat mustard oil in a kadai & lightly fry the marinated fish pieces, keep aside..

  3. Fry the cauliflower florets & potatoes in the remaining oil & keep aside..

  4. Now temper the oil with nigella seeds, green chillies(splitted), green cardamom, bay leaf..

  5. Add the sliced onions & cook until the onion turned into a translucent texture..

  6. Now add chopped tomato, Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, sugar, salt,turmeric powder & cook till the mixture release oil..

  7. Add little water in between.Add fried cauliflower florets,potatoes & green peas & mix it well..

  8. Add 4 cups warm water & give it a boil.Add the fried fishes & cook on low flame till the potatoes & cauliflower florets are softened..

  9. In between dip fry the flattened rice..

  10. Add the fried flattened rice with the fish curry & cook for another 1,2 mints..

  11. Add ghee & switch off the flame..

  12. Garnish the dish with chopped coriander leaves & transfer it to a serving plate.Serve it with hot steamed rice..
