  24. You need 3-4 of dry Chillies.

Coat the fish pieces with this dry flour well and deep fry them few at a time.

Deep fry in hot oil on a medium high heat until crisp and golden on both the sides.

Serve it hot with khatti daal and steaming plain boiled rice.

Break the fried Fish head into small pieces and add those in the pan along with the fried potatoes.
