  1. Prepare 500 grams of cooked and cooled rice.

  2. It’s 1 of chicken breast, pre-baked and chopped.

  3. It’s 45 grams of diced green bell pepper.

  4. It’s 40 grams of dried cranberries.

  5. Prepare 45 grams of diced salad tomatoes, seeds removed.

  6. Prepare 1 of zest and juice of 1 orange.

  7. You need 60 ml of rice vinegar.

  8. Prepare 60 ml of salad oil.

  9. You need 3 tsp of sugar.

  10. You need 1 tsp of mustard powder (optional).

  11. Prepare 1 of salt & pepper to taste.
