Ingredients of Methi crakers

It’s 1 cup of whole wheat flour.

You need 2 tsp of rava.

It’s 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.

Prepare 1/2 tsp of pepper powder.

It’s 1/4 tsp of Ajwain(carom seeds).

It’s pinch of hing/asafoetida.

Prepare as needed of Oil.

It’s to taste of Salt.

It’s 1/2 cup of methi (fenugreek)leaves.
I made this Methi Crackers for diwali.and hope you all celebrated diwali very well.
Really these crackers goes great with tea or coffe or you can have it like that itself.

Methi crakers instructions

Take a mixing bowl and add wholewheat flour, rava, cumin seeds, pepper powder, ajwain, hing, 2tbs oil, pinch of salt mix them all..

Add the chopped methi leaves and give it a mix. Add required water and prepare a dough. keep it aside for 15min..

Roll the dough thinly. You sing a small cookie cutter cut round shapes from it. Make some dent using a fork.

We can both fry them or bake them. For baking in a preheated oven bake then for 15min in 180°c. we cam deep fry them in medium flame..
