Ingredients of Goat Meat Okro Soup

It’s 25 of okro fingers grated.

You need 1/2 kg of goat meat.

It’s 2 of smoked mackerel fish.

It’s 5 of fresh pepper.

Prepare 1 of cksp palm oil.

It’s 2 of royco cube.

You need to taste of salt.

It’s 1/2 of bulb onions.

It’s 2 tbsp of Crayfish blended.

It’s 1 bunch of ugu leaf sliced.
Add all other ingredients except the okro, bitterleaf and spinach.
Add the veggies (okro, bitterleaf and spinach) Stir to combine.
Taste for salt and adjust as necessary.
Okro soup (African okra soup) is made with okra vegetables cooked in a delicious mixture of palm oil, shrimps, goat meat, fish and African spices, and simmered to perfection!
Goat Meat Okro Soup instructions

Heat up goat meat spice with salt, pepper and royco; allow it cook till its tender, remove excess water and set aside.

Add palm oil after 2 minutes add pepper, onions, salt, royco cube, crayfish and smoked fish stir continously for about 5 minutes so it does not get burnt.

Stir in the grated okro and simmer for about 5 minutes and keep checking it continously to avoid burning as well; finally add meat stock if you wish and then add ugu leaf, turn off heat after 2 minutes..
