In a non stick pot heat 4 tablespoon vegetable oil and add cumin seeds and curry leaves..

Once the seeds start to crackle add chopped onions. Wait for 2 mins and add garlic and ginger paste. Wait another 2 mins and add chopped green bell peppers..

Let it cook for 3 mins and add chopped tomatoes, boiled green peas..

Add Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala and Salt to taste.

Once the tomatoes become soft use a hand crusher and mash the mixture till its gravy like.

Add mashed potatoes and mix well to ensure that there are no lumps and let it simmer for 5 mins..

Add corriender and squeeze half a lemon. And stir well..
