Heat a wok, add mustard oil,heat up well,flame should be on low..

In smoky oil,add mustard seeds,let it splutter, asafoetida,add cumin, curry leaves, green chillies, crushed garlic, ginger,add onions and saute till becomes translucent..

Add tomatoes and add salt and cook till tomatoes becomes soft, add cumin powder, turmeric, kashmiri powder and saute. Add lemon juice,saute..

Note:-U can add veggies of ur choice. If it seems dry dein u can add some water after tomatoes becomes soft…. (Add in little amount,bhi dont want the slice piece to get in mushy,bhi just wanna to make soft).
