Cut the goat meat into big chunks. Make sure you cut the chunks with the goat skin.

You can cook Peppered goat meat using 10 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

Ingredients of Peppered goat meat

  1. You need of Goat meat.

  2. You need of Onions.

  3. You need of Fresh pepper.

  4. Prepare of Fresh tomatoes.

  5. You need of Curry.

  6. Prepare cubes of Knorr seasoning.

  7. You need of Vegetable oil for frying.

  8. You need of Thyme.

  9. You need of Benny chicken.

  10. You need to taste of Salt.

Chop the Grilled Goat meat into bitesize chunks.

Set a Wok or Skillet on medium heat.

When it's hot, add the coarsely chopped peppers and Onions and Saute.

Add the seasoning and salt to taste.

Peppered goat meat step by step

  1. Wash, seasoning your goat meat with curry,thyme,Benny chicken salt, seasoning cubes and onions. And cook till its soft and chewable..

  2. Fry to make it a little bit dry. Pound your fresh pepper and tomatoes or roughly blend them. Place a pot or big pan on fire, add your vegetable oil, add your sliced onions with your tomatoes and pepper and pour your fried goat, add seasoning cube and stir together..

  3. Your peppered goat meat is ready. Enjoy with a chilled drink 😋😋😋.

If you're using bell peppers, Saute till till the pepper loses almost all it's retained water.

Wash the goat meat and put in a sizeable pot.

Pour water to cover the meat and then some.

I love lots of water in my pepper soups.

Goat meat is tough so use a pressure cooker to cook it if you have one.
