Prepare of cornflour.

Soak Sabhudana overnight in water to get it soft..

Take few cashews and dry grapes and fry it in a pan with ghee..

Add one cup of water and one cup of sugar to make sugar syrup on the same pan..

When sugar syrup get boils add one tsp of salt, cardomam powder and food colour if you want..

Mix it well and after 2 minutes add the soaked sabhudhana in the pan and add some corn flour in to the mixture..

Mix the mixture by adding some ghee to it till it forms as a paste and add cashews at last..

Take the halwa after mixing and serve hot with cashews on top..
It seems more easier that way!
I did that and then realized there is no ghee at home!
Now add soaked sabudana and keep stirring continously as sabudana has a tendency to stick to the pan.
Add the saffron milk and mix again, this will give the sabudana kheer a nice yellow colour.
