  4. For beetroot sauce-take 1 tomato,1/2 beetroot,2 claves garlic,2 whole red chilli,salt saute in the pan till soft..

  5. Now grind it with little water..

  6. Now take a pan add oil,1/4 tsp sarson seeds and mixture cook for 5 min. Now add 1 tsp mayonnaise. Beetroot chutney ready to serve..

  7. Assembling-add chutney on the bottom add tikki top up with crispy spinach..
