  1. Steps for preparing green chutney:-.

  2. Wash mint leaves and coriander leaves properly under running water..

  3. Add washed mint leaves,coriander leaves,peeled ginger,black salt,green chillies,chaat masala and lemon juice in a mixer grinder..

  4. Add little water 1-2 tbsp and make a smooth paste..

  5. Transfer chutney into a bowl and keep aside for later use..

  6. Steps for preparing grilled sandwich:-.

  7. Ready all the ingredients before you start preparing sandwiches..

  8. Preheat electric grill pan..

  9. Take 2 bread slices and apply butter on both sides of the bread pieces..

  10. Spread green chutney on both the slices..

  11. Place sliced vegetables on one bread slice,sprinkle chaat masala as required..

  12. Cover with another slice of buttered bread..

  13. Carefully place then in a preheated electric grill and grill sandwich until golden and crispy..
