Cut the fish into darnes and pat dry.

First take fish and wash properly.

In a jar take coconut and all the ingredients, except aamchoor and make fine paste.

Soak amchoor in water for some time.

In a kadai add oil then followed by masala, let it cook add aamchoor water, salt to taste and water, cook for 5 minutes..

Now add dry fishes and cook further for 5-10 mins, once the oil separates switch off the gas..
