Prepare 1 1/4 cup of mashed banana (extra ripe!).

You need 1 cup of rolled oats.

You need 1/2 cup of almond butter.

It’s 1/8 tsp of salt.

It’s 1/4 cup of chocolate chips (I use dark chocolate).
They come out awesome just like that!
Mash bananas with a fork and mix in peanut butter, apple sauce, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
Drop by tablespoon onto a non stick cookie sheet (lined with parchment paper or sprayed with non-stick spray).
I use a small cookie scooper.

Mix all ingredients together, spoon into table size rounds on parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten with spatula and bake on 350 for 8-10 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes..

We like to enjoy two each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or coco whip.
Flatten a bit to shape the cookie (they don't rise or spread at all when baking).
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Add peanut butter, oatmeal. banana, sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
You can use any nut or seed butter in this peanut butter cookie recipe.
