Today i decided to cook western ndengu for my roommate and i. i was tired of ordinary greengrams and chose western ndengu. the method of cooking it was not different from greengrams so don't worry yourself too much.

  1. It’s 1 1/2 cups of boiled western ndengu.

  2. You need 1 of chopped onion.

  3. You need 3 of large chopped onions.

  4. It’s 1/2 of of capsicum- chopped depending on its size.

  5. You need 1 bunch of dhania - chopped.

  6. You need 1 cup of rice.

  7. It’s 1 of royco cube.

  8. You need 1/2 tbs of royco.

  9. Prepare of cooking oil.

  10. You need of salt.

  1. Boil 2cups water for the rice..

  5. After a minute add capsicum as you stir..

  6. Add tomatoea and cover as they soften.

  7. After2-3minutes add ndengu and dhania as you stir..

  8. Add a little water and the royco cube as you stir..

  9. Mix royco and ½cup water and add to the ndengu..

  10. Add salt and cover for 5-7minutes then turn off heat and serve. garnish with remaining dhania and bananas..
