Ingredients of Farali tapioca chakli

Prepare 1/2 bowl of ground tapioca.

It’s 1 bowl of mashed potatoes.

It’s 1 packet of farali thepla or any farali flour.

You need to taste of Salt.

Prepare 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.

You need 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds.

Prepare of Yogurt if required.

You need 2 tablespoon of butter.

It’s 1 teaspoon of ginger and chilli paste.

It’s of Oil to fry.
It is mainly prepared from sabudana n potatoes.
Wheat flour chakli is one of popular snacks.
This wheel shape crunchy snacks normally made during festivals specially Janmastami and Diwali.
We normally serve chakri with tea and other snacks to guests.

Mix the above ingredients (apart from oil) in a bowl and if it is too dry add yogurt and make a smooth soft dough..

Leave it aside for about 30 minutes. Grease the chakli machine and put the dough and make chakli on a muslin cloth. Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown..
