The sweet potato balls that this recipe is based off of consists mainly of mashed sweet potato and tapioca flour, which are rolled into balls and deep fried.

Ingredients of Sweet Potato Tapioca Ball

  1. You need 110 gr of mashed steamed sweet potatoes.

  4. It’s 10 gr of corn flour.
