Ingredients of Kappa Puzhukku

  1. It’s 500 Grams of Tapioca.

Kappa Puzhukku step by step

  1. Boil tapioca in water. Add turmeric powder to it. When the tapioca is 3/4th cooked, drain the water..

  2. Boil again with salt and green chilies added to the water till it is cooked completely..

  3. Grind coarsely grated coconut and green chilies..

  4. In a pan, add a little oil. When the oil is heated, add mustard seeds to it. When the seeds start spluttering, add red chilies and shallots to it..

  5. To the above tempering, add the boiled tapioca. Mash it and mix well..

  6. To the above mixture, add the ground coconut green chili mixture. Garnish with curry leaves..
